Opening orders are in the $300.00 to $600.00 range, mostly we want the opening order to make sense for your space and be substantial enough to have an impact on the launch. We are happy to help you tailor your opening order to fit your individual needs. As long as you maintain an active account there is no minimum on re-orders, we prefer to keep your shelves stocked!
We provide a variety of sales support material including testers, samples and framed signage. We also give you a Product Guide that has a full page of sales tips, interesting tidbits and a complete ingredient glossary for each product.
We will include you in the store directory on our website. We post about you carrying the line on our social media and hope you will do the same!
We love providing samples for special events such as an art walk, anniversary party etc., just let us know with plenty of time to get stuff to you (preferably with an order).
We like to have prepayment on orders until we establish a relationship and then we can talk about terms.
We tend to have a pretty quick turnaround and can usually ship orders the next business day.

Product Minimums & Freight Charges:
Opening orders: Your By Nieves Sales Representative will help tailor an opening order that makes sense in your store and fits your individual needs. Although there is no set minimum, in order for an opening order to qualify for wholesale pricing it should represent the products well and be healthy enough to show impact and excitement for your new favorite body care line.
Shipping: All vendors will be charged actual shipping. You’re welcome to give us your UPS account number for your orders.
Returns: If a customer is not satisfied with their product and returns it to
your store, we are happy to credit your account. We can either send a replacement or apply a credit to your next order — just give us a call (or email).
Terms & Payment Options: Opening orders will be prepaid either by Credit Card or Check. We can negotiate terms once our working relationship is established. Net terms when offered will have credit card on file as a guarantee.
Refills: We offer refill sizes of Cloud of Protection and C Perfect Skin. We encourage you to offer refills for your clients, less waste, yay! We offer the refill sizes only to refill By Nieves bottles. Do not fill your own bottles for sale, this will make us very grumpy.
Territory Limitations: The sale or distribution of By Nieves products outside the United States or to a third party other than an end-consumer is strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by By Nieves. By Nieves reserves the right to cancel or limit the sale of its products to parties whose sales and distribution strategies are incompatible with those of By Nieves.
Internet Retailer Requirements: Web sites must have a secure certificate by a recognizable and reputable company, and privacy and customer service policies compatible with those of By Nieves. Business ethics and environmental practices by the web retailer also need to be compatible with the By Nieves’s practices and policies. Once approved, the web retailer must have a physical business address to receive products via UPS. We require that accounts have a web address of their own and be selling the By Nieves products on that site (an individual URL, not a subdirectory of someone else’s URL such as an Amazon.com storefront). Additionally, you cannot sell product through any online auction site such as eBay. By Nieves products should be represented as part of a category of like product, which makes up a portion of the offering sold online by the web retailer. Once approved, we will send necessary images free of charge in order to maintain a consistent presentation of our product line on the web. All By Nieves written material, including text from the website, our catalogs and other written documentation, may be used with the express written consent of By Nieves. Once complete, the presentation of the By Nieves line on your site must clearly differentiate from ByNieves.com and must not confuse a “reasonable consumer”.
By Nieves will review your site prior to setting up an account and reserves the right to refuse sales at its discretion. By Nieves will also review your site periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with this policy.
Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAP):
The MAP policy shall apply to all By Nieves products. Our minimum advertised price for By Nieves products is 85% of Suggested Retail Price (SRP), which equals a 15% discount off of SRP. Resellers may offer products on promotion at a lower advertised discount only with written permission from By Nieves. The MAP policy may be adjusted by By Nieves at its sole discretion. The MAP Policy applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which the products are actually sold or offered for sale to an individual customer within the Reseller’s retail location or over the telephone. By
Nieves Resellers remain free to sell MAP products at any prices they elect. This MAP Policy does not in any way limit the ability of any dealer to advertise
that they “have the lowest prices” or they “will meet or beat any competition’s prices,” that consumers can “call for a price” or similar phrases as long as the price advertised or listed is not below MAP.
By Nieves will be reviewing all internet commerce sites to ensure consistent adherence to this policy. In cases of violation of this MAP policy, Resellers will be allowed twenty- four (24) hours to bring advertising into compliance. If no change is made within the allowed period, all shipments will be discontinued until the necessary changes are made. In cases of intentional and/or repeated failure, By Nieves will terminate all orders to Reseller. By Nieves will not provide prior written notice or issue warning before taking action under this Policy. By Nieves reserves the right to cancel or limit the sale of its products to parties whose sales and distribution strategies are incompatible with those of By Nieves.
